As Manager, Majors Customer Success, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers focused on Flock’s most strategic accounts, driving Net Revenue Retention through proactive engagement and expansion strategies. You will provide hands-on coaching to your team in managing complex relationships with city leadership, law enforcement, and public safety decision-makers, and play a critical role in scaling Flock’s ability to serve these accounts effectively.
