Requirements

Candidates should possess excellent client and phone service skills, knowledge of Good Clinical Practices, intermediate level of computer literacy, accurate data entry skills, superior analytical, interpersonal, and time management skills, excellent verbal communications and customer service skills in the English language, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, proven negotiation and problem resolution skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of client protocols and study data.

Responsibilities

The Logistics Associate II will serve as a direct point of contact for couriers, handling shipping, tracking, receiving, and reporting concerns related to inbound and outbound supply shipments. They will track and follow up on 3PL sample shipments and shipments, review and report daily supply order delays, participate in courier operational meetings, support site services logistics coordinators, coordinate the review and action required on custom reports, request review and action, and support the investigation and solving of Quality Events related to delayed or missing shipments. They will also coordinate courier operations and maintain confidentiality of client protocols and study data.
