Requirements
Candidates must hold a master’s level degree from a regionally accredited university, possess an active social work, counselor, marriage and family therapy, or psychologist license (LCSW, MFT, LCPC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) allowing them to provide unsupervised mental health therapy services, and have at least three years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults. They must also demonstrate proficiency in intake assessments, diagnosis, and ongoing treatment planning, along with excellent writing skills for documentation of sessions and a clean record without any disciplinary action from a licensing board.
Responsibilities
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide world-class tele-therapy to patients experiencing mild to severe depression, anxiety, and other possible diagnoses, thoroughly document all visits in the Tava electronic medical record, ensure calendar availability is accurate and up to date, maintain open communication with Tava’s Clinical team, celebrate patient success and encourage continued healing and growth, and participate in Tava’s monthly virtual provider meetings.
