As a Joint Replacement Sales Representative, you will work with surgeons and healthcare professionals to sell Stryker Joint Replacement products, becoming the Resident Joint Replacement expert and developing and implementing sales strategies to increase territory results. You will build and maintain strong business relationships, provide advice and training on products and tools, communicate effectively with customers, and live out your mission to change lives by selling Stryker products that enhance patient outcomes, while adhering to compliance principles and regulations.
