IT Support Engineer 3 (US Information Technology, WFH)

Position Overview

• Location Type: Remote
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: P70,000 – P85,000 (Monthly Package)
• Schedule: 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM PHT

This role involves providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex IT issues, and maintaining IT systems for clients. The position requires expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, cybersecurity, and experience with RMM/PSA tools within an MSP environment.

Requirements

• Skills Required:
  • Advanced Technical Troubleshooting (infrastructure, networking, endpoints, cloud platforms)
  • Microsoft Ecosystem Expertise (Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Entra ID, Microsoft Azure)
  • Cyber Security Knowledge (Cyber Essentials compliance, endpoint protection, patch management)
  • RMM & PSA Tool Experience (Syncro, ConnectWise PSA preferred, ITBoost)
  • MSP Environment Experience (supporting multiple clients, multitasking, client-facing skills)
• Nice to have:
  • PSA/RMM Tool Familiarity (e.g., ConnectWise)
  • Telephony & VoIP Systems (3CX, SIP trunk troubleshooting)
  • Linux Administration (Ubuntu, CentOS light support and patching)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage incoming support tickets.
• Resolve complex technical issues escalated from the 1st Line team.
• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems (backups, firewalls, remote access tools, Microsoft 365).
• Collaborate with vendors and escalate to 3rd Line engineers or service providers.
• Document technical solutions, procedures, and internal processes (e.g., using ITBoost).
• Mentor and support junior team members.
