Position Overview: Roadie is seeking an Integrations Support Engineer to act as the primary technical support contact for Roadie's sender network and internal departments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop their technical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be both tech-savvy and business-minded, ensuring a smooth and effective experience for Roadie's customers.
What You'll Do:
- Monitor various systems to manage tickets and triage requests to the appropriate Engineering personnel or team.
- Provide guidance to customers on the usage of our REST API, webhooks, and other partner integrations.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and reproduce reported issues promptly.
- Monitor open items to ensure all issues are processed, documented, assigned correctly, and that relevant parties are kept informed.
- Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, and customer-facing teams.
- Contribute to the development of our API documentation and knowledge base for best practices.
- Demonstrate initiative in resolving issues and seeking clarity to drive effective solutions.
What You Bring:
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Jira, G-Suite, Postman, and Github.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving tenacity.
- Core coding skills in at least one programming language. (Exposure to or interest in learning Ruby on Rails, Golang, and SQL is a plus!)
