Requirements
Candidates should possess 10+ years of professional experience beyond an advanced degree in Computer Science, along with demonstrated experience building, managing, and coaching a team of full-stack engineers and designers. Proven expertise with NodeJS and React is required, and experience collaborating with Product Managers and project managing software development projects is also necessary.
Responsibilities
As the Front-End Manager, you will manage a team of 10-15 full-stack engineers to build and maintain the BitMEX.com website, APIs, and mobile applications, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Affiliates, and other product engineering teams to execute BitMEX’s retail strategy and deliver a seamless user experience. You will lead technical initiatives, establish engineering best practices, modernize technology, and enhance the efficiency in delivering world-class financial products, working in close collaboration with the Retail Growth team to reinvent and redefine the BitMEX UI.
