Position Overview
EasyPost is seeking an FP&A Analyst III to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts. This role involves analyzing complex financial data, preparing insightful reports, and delivering strategic recommendations to inform business decisions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and managing financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual financial performance against budget and forecast expectations.
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards to present insights to management.
- Support business decision-making through data-driven financial analysis.
- Maintain and update the integrated three-statement financial model (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow) to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide financial insights.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance financial performance.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and scenario analyses.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
Minimum Education & Experience Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5–7 years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheet and financial modeling skills required.
- Proficiency in financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, Planful) and ERP systems.
- Exposure to NetSuite and Looker for ad hoc reporting and financial data reconciliation is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized and based in the United States.
