The Events and Administrative Planner will coordinate logistics for all industry conferences, in-person meetings, and events. They will plan, organize, and oversee every aspect of a high-profile summit of C-suite executives, including identifying and securing speakers, coordinating logistics, curating the event agenda, and ensuring a seamless on-site experience. Additionally, they will assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team and organization, which may include team member onboarding and organizing team remote events.
