Candidates should possess 4+ years of experience within Korea marketplaces, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Precise attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required, along with strong judgement and a commitment to ethics.
The eCommerce Compliance Manager will manage Pattern’s compliance with various ecommerce platforms’ policies, including Coupang, Gmarket, and Naver, by proactively reviewing product listing content and working with the selling teams to ensure marketplace policy compliant listings. They will also monitor and update banned keywords and products, determine best ways to respond to seller account issues, and communicate issues with the seller team, while proactively troubleshooting potential compliance problems.
