Responsibilities

The eCommerce Compliance Manager will manage Pattern’s compliance with various ecommerce platforms’ policies, including Coupang, Gmarket, and Naver, by proactively reviewing product listing content and working with the selling teams to ensure marketplace policy compliant listings. They will also monitor and update banned keywords and products, determine best ways to respond to seller account issues, and communicate issues with the seller team, while proactively troubleshooting potential compliance problems.
