Requirements

The Curriculum Management Director should possess the ability to establish and grow relationships with external academic partner leadership, Learning teams, 2U Program Leadership team, internal stakeholders, and content vendors. They must understand budgets, financial data, and forecasting, and thrive in a dynamic environment while prioritizing effectively. Sound judgment and independent decision-making are required, along with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and concurrent projects with conflicting deadlines.

Responsibilities

The Curriculum Management Director oversees a portfolio of programs/products through each stage of the life cycle, ensuring curriculum development aligns with defined requirements and facilitates continuous improvement efforts. They lead curricular planning and investment management, providing strategic direction and support for partners, programs, and curricula. They participate in the hiring process, facilitate onboarding, set performance expectations, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback to team members. Additionally, they gather and disseminate curricular requirements, track budgets, and communicate curriculum budgets and course level profiles/targets to internal Learning teams.
