About the Work
Marketing Planning Division Introduction
To achieve two major missions: further expanding and deepening our user base, and expanding financial services, we are driving marketing planning in PayPay's payment domain and marketing initiatives to promote the use of financial services.
Marketing Operations Team Introduction
Our team supports the stable operation of campaigns involving complex designs, such as the nationwide "PayPay Scratch Lottery" and "Get More Pocket Money All Year Round!" campaign, and campaigns in collaboration with local governments. We actively promote automation through RPA and the development of operational tools, and contribute to the overall operational improvement of the marketing organization by cross-deploying accumulated know-how.

We are also considering problem-solving using generative AI, and the scope of expected activities is expanding. Specific Job Duties
Campaign Operations
- Planning and execution of campaign registration.
- Confirmation of new campaign feasibility/testing.
- Registration and checking of campaigns in the campaign system.
- Defining requirements for campaign system modifications, coordinating with development and business sides, and conducting UAT.
- Operation of related meetings.
- Formulation/updating of standard operational flows.
- Management of input dispatch/outsourcing.
- Various adjustments until contract signing, proposal requests, ordering/acceptance applications, etc.
Operational Improvement Support
- Proposal and execution of operational efficiency improvements.
- Proposal and execution of measures to reduce accident risk.
- Taking over tasks from other teams/departments, formulating flows, and supporting the transfer of operations to outsourcing.
Other
- Performing duties within project teams as assigned.

Required Experience/Skills
Candidates with multiple of the following experiences and skills:
- Experience in operational tasks using web tools (Salesforce, MA tools, BI tools, etc.).
- PM experience in operations centers or input centers.
- Experience in designing operational flows.
- Experience in managing dispatch and outsourcing.
- Experience using MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- English proficiency (TOEIC 600 or above).

- Employment Type: Full-time Employee
- Work Location: Hybrid Workstyle (Remote work from office, home, or satellite office) *Requires attendance/remote work according to the rules of your organization and work instructions.
- Work Hours: Super Flex Time (No core hours)
- Principle: 9:00 AM - 5:45 PM (7 hours 45 minutes of actual work + 1 hour break)
- Holidays/Leave: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and other company-designated days. Annual paid leave, congratulatory/condolence leave, pre/post-natal leave, childcare leave for children, family care leave, family care leave, childcare leave, etc.
- Salary: Annual salary system (includes some fixed overtime pay). Determined based on experience, skills, performance, and contribution according to our company's regulations. Reviewed once a year. Special one-time payments (incentives) will be paid based on company performance and individual contribution (once a year). Overtime pay, late-night work pay.
- Note: A portion of the salary can be received via PayPay account (supports digital salary payments).
