Responsibilities

As a Customer Sales and Support Specialist, you will champion Mindvalley’s transformational mission by proactively guiding customers toward programs aligned with their goals, drive customer conversion through strategic recommendations, track and report on key performance metrics, collaborate with Marketing and Sales, partner with the Sales team to deliver content training, share best practices, own the customer conversion pipeline, deliver exceptional support through Jira and email, work cross-functionally with product and tech teams, engage with at-risk customers, monitor satisfaction levels, and ensure the customer journey is smooth and value-driven.
