Requirements
Candidates must be a licensed CT Licensed 1099 Mental Health Therapist, and the position is fully remote within the United States. The role requires a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week, with the flexibility to adjust hours based on student volumes, and availability during weekday shifts from 9:00am to midnight Eastern Time and weekend shifts from 9am to 8pm Eastern Time.
Responsibilities
As a Mantra Licensed Therapist, you will deliver high-quality, meaningful virtual therapy using evidence-based interventions such as Moti, and provide compensation based on completed intake and follow-up sessions, as well as addressing no-show appointments. You will also attend monthly team meetings and 1:1 meetings with clinical leadership, and contribute to ensuring accessible and affordable mental health care for college students.
