Candidates should possess at least five years of experience as a Technical Writer, Developer Experience/Advocate Engineer, or related role, with a proven track record of creating impactful content, and web development experience. Familiarity with frontend tools such as TypeScript, Next.js, and Vercel is also required, along with the ability to quickly adapt to new domains and learn complex concepts.
As a Technical Content Engineer, you will develop, write, and edit compelling technical content focusing on Vercel’s features and frameworks, act as customer zero ensuring content meets reader needs, keep up-to-date with products and industry trends, review and refine content for clarity and accuracy, manage projects in coordination with the Marketing team, embrace new products and processes, and report to the Director of Content.
