Requirements

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred, and have 0-1 years of relevant experience. Essential skills include strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, effective data analysis, customer focus, flexibility, and proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of applicable regulations, ICH GCP, and company SOPs is required, along with good English and local language skills, computer proficiency, and strong communication, interpersonal, judgment, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Trial Coordinator will provide administrative and technical support to the Project Team, ensuring audit readiness by reviewing files according to SOPs and department guidance. They will support site activation activities, aid in developing the critical path for site activation, and may represent CRG personnel. Responsibilities also include developing and reviewing site lists for feasibility activities, providing local input into the site tiering process, and potentially training new staff.
