Business Development Representative (BDR) - French Enterprise Outbound

Position Overview

360Learning is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our French Enterprise Outbound team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities within 360Learning's top-priority, highest-potential accounts. You will develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage target personas, transforming intent signals into a robust sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Create and qualify cold outbound leads within your assigned territory.
  • Contact potential customers through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify customer pain points, understand their context, and articulate how 360Learning can provide solutions.
  • Evangelize the concept of collaborative learning in the market.
  • Pitch the 360Learning value proposition effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with your coach, marketing operations, demand generation, and sales teams.
  • Contribute innovative lead generation ideas to weekly sales meetings.

Onboarding and Development

Within 1 month:

  • Complete onboarding and begin core BDR responsibilities.
  • Master the Convexity framework through our onboarding process.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our product, positioning, and buyer personas.
  • Master the pitch and qualification methodology.
  • Discover your account territory and define an approach strategy with Account Executives and Key Account Managers.
  • Meet the team through virtual coffee meets and happy hours.
  • Begin outreach to leads and create your first opportunities.

Within 3 months:

  • Fully master the tool stack and ramp up outbound efforts.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Senior Account Managers in defining their portfolio strategy.
  • Define your long-term account roadmap and begin engaging key personas within your accounts.
  • Build strategic account-based outreach strategies.

Within 6 months:

  • Identify and leverage compelling new business entryways for targeted outreach.
  • Achieve 100% of your monthly target.
  • Quickly research and strategize approaches to create interest and engagement.
  • Detect and share opportunities for improving outbound processes.

Within 12 months:

  • Become eligible for transition to an Account Executive (AE) or Key Account Manager (KAM) role.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 9-12 months of proven success hitting targets as a BDR or SDR, specifically targeting the enterprise market (5,000-30,000 employees) in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Outbound/ABM: Previous experience in outbound sales and/or account-based marketing.
  • Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Passion: A passion for learning and education.
  • Preferred (Not Mandatory):
    • Experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
    • Master's degree in a related field.
