Field Auditor - NIV Service

Position Overview

As a Field Auditor for the NIV service, you will be responsible for collecting data in self-service stores, convenience stores, and pharmacies. This involves gathering various data points such as prices, inventory, promotions, displays, and photos for the categories and modules under study. Auditors must adhere to company procedures and policies.


Responsibilities

  • Scan barcodes using a mobile handheld device.
  • Visit self-service stores.
  • Completely capture all requested items and variables, including prices, inventory, promotions, questions, photos, etc., for the categories/modules under study.
  • Meet audit deadlines on scheduled days.
  • Achieve the established productivity of 1-2 stores per day, depending on service needs.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum High School (some high school completed is desirable).
  • Experience:
    • Desirable experience in sales, operational roles (e.g., warehouse worker, driver, cashier), and field work.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
    • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite) is desirable.
    • Basic knowledge of the Android operating system is desirable.
  • Other:
    • Availability to travel.
    • Resilience.
    • Conflict management skills.
