Position Overview

ConnectOS is seeking a skilled Accounting Professional to join our team. This is a part-time, remote position with a focus on US accounting and tax services. The role involves a variety of accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and tax preparation.

Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: P550 per hour
• Schedule: 9:00 PM - 1:00 AM PHT (Philippine Standard Time)

Requirements

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in Accounting in a US setting
• Experienced in Bookkeeping
• Experienced in using QuickBooks Online
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Background in US GAAP

Nice to Have:

• CPA is preferred

Responsibilities

• US accounting and taxes
• Accruals, journal entries, reconciliation, and month-end closing tasks
• Bookkeeping tasks
• Tax Preparation (e.g., partnership, government, corporate, etc.)
• Building SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Experience in building scalable chart of accounts for a company
• Must be responsive during US hours and comfortable on camera
