Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 12+ years of overall experience, including at least 8+ years in selling solutions to senior executives at named accounts. Demonstrated success in leading significant revenue and exceeding targets is essential, along with the ability to provide thought leadership and effectively communicate vision. Familiarity with MS Office and Salesforce (SFDC) is required, and experience with data science workflows, AI, GenAI, and RAG trends is viewed as a strong asset. Specific experience and relationships within the Oil industry, particularly with executives at companies like SLB and Halliburton, are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

As an Account Manager - Energy, you will be responsible for all aspects of strategy creation and implementation, forecasting, sales account management, training, and education for a select group of enterprise customers. You will serve as the key point of contact and relationship owner for these organizations, focusing on growing NVIDIA’s presence across data science, line of business, and IT. This includes building key accounts into strategic partners, driving revenue growth, and expanding NVIDIA’s product footprint. You will collaborate closely with solution architects, business development leaders, and developer relations, and work with cloud, OEM, and GSI ecosystem partners to develop and execute go-to-market plans. Furthermore, you will promote the use of NVIDIA’s accelerated computing platform, travel as needed, and contribute to the long-term success of the team by being a collaborative leader.
