Account Executive, Outside Sales - Xplor Pay

Location Type: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Commission-only residual model with portfolio ownership component.

Position Overview

Join Xplor Pay as an Account Executive, Outside Sales in Oklahoma City, OK to make a real impact every day. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners and closing sales of our payment processing and SaaS services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners.
• Work closely with Xplor Pay colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business.
• Manage your pipeline and day-to-day tasks/appointments using Salesforce.
• Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor Pay’s electronic applications.
• Close sales of our payment processing and SaaS services to meet expected minimum requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.
• Must be able to work fully remote, provided you have eligible working rights, and are able to be in the field of your team region.
