Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a leading credit service within PayPay and driving significant revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • At least one of the following experiences is required:
      • Experience in the financial industry, IT/Internet industry, or consulting industry.
      • Experience in business development, service planning, international brand planning, or project management.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data Skills:
    • Experience with SQL for data retrieval and processing.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
    • Experience leveraging data for business development.
  • Other Skills:
    • Strong interest in emerging technologies and fintech.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the credit business (PayPay Credit).
