Position Overview

We are seeking a Japanese Customer Support Agent to join our Player Engagement department. In this role, you will respond to inquiries from players of famous games in Traditional Chinese.

Responsibilities

  • Inquiry Response (Email or Chat): Respond to text-based questions received via email or our dedicated inquiry tool from game players.
  • Log and Data Management: Review logs and data using our management tools. Escalate complex issues to supervisors or clients as needed.
  • Document Creation and Updates: Create and update internal documents such as reports, daily reports, templates, and manuals as required.
  • English Usage: English will be used for tasks such as translating inquiry content, reading documents, and internal communication (specific usage may vary by team).

Requirements

  • Mandatory:
    • Native-level Traditional Chinese proficiency.
    • Business-level or higher Japanese proficiency.
    • Basic PC skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, email correspondence, etc.).
  • Preferred:
    • Previous customer support experience.
    • Experience in the gaming or BPO industry.
    • English language skills are a plus!
