The Growth Marketing hire will efficiently scale customer acquisition, define and monitor key performance indicators, generate and optimize creative assets, drive rapid experimentation, work with cross-functional partners to enhance onboarding funnel performance, implement rigorous methodologies to measure channel effectiveness, and establish foundational marketing processes and practices for scaling acquisition across existing and new channels.
