Candidates should have 1-2 years of industry experience writing backend services at scale using C++, Go, and Python, along with knowledge of web services technologies such as TCP, REST, Protobuf, and JSON, and experience with cloud technology (AWS preferred) and designing solutions that leverage its unique advantages. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS) is also desired, as is experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, and such).
