Responsibilities
The Target Security Specialist will support sales by welcoming and engaging guests and team members, help guests find products, lead a physical security culture by assessing and maintaining safe standards, respond to and document security incidents, conduct merchandise recoveries, prevent theft and shortage, submit incident documentation, understand and use the video system, train team members, and execute shortage action plans as directed by AP leadership.
