Responsibilities

Enter and manage customer orders using system order guides
Add or remove items from orders and order guides
Modify item quantities and handle multiple changes with system timing considerations
Delete orders when necessary and recall order guides after closing
Apply order-level conditions (e.g., shipping fees such as FedEx)
Enter item-specific conditions and manage sale price overrides with reason codes
Adjust prices on filled orders as required
Check inventory during order entry
Utilize item lookup and previous order lookup features
Review last purchase orders for reference
Understand and manage cut/pick/no-pick tickets, including timelines and email notifications
Assess, design, build, and implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment, financial settlement, including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services and activation of billing
Manage Distributed Order Management for both on-line and physical network management
