Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a business school or similar and looking for a full-time 6-month internship starting from July 2025
- Knowledge in finance / administration (business school or similar)
- Proactive, organized, and responsible
- Good command of Excel (ENI, VBA certifications are a plus)
- First experience in the field of finance is a plus
- Fully fluent in French and English to communicate with English-speaking colleagues as well as French clients
Responsibilities
- Management of daily operational finance activity: Management of payment notices
- Management of purchase orders for key accounts
- Interaction with payment partners on various topics (proposal acceptance, ongoing project management...)
- Management of customer / freelance support on billing / payment issues
- Management of specific off-platform billing: Interactions and meetings with major clients to exchange on billing processes
- Management and implementation of specific processes with clients
- Malt customer follow-up: Collection
- Optimization of receivables by setting up a clear collection process adapted to customer categories (key accounts, SMEs, etc.)
- Administrative management (statement of accounts, supplier files...)
- Product innovation / Process automation: Regular workshops with the team to work on possible areas of improvement
- Identification of main pain points and possible solutions
- Creation and automation of files
- Reflection on the development of the product and its functionalities
