Requirements

Candidates must be 21 years of age or older, possess a Class C/Standard Operator Driver License, and successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen. Physical demands include the ability to lift, push, or move product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and as much as 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

The Special Local Delivery Truck Driver will safely and efficiently operate a truck, manually unload and deliver various products such as meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, and supplies to customer locations according to an assigned route schedule, build relationships with customers, and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude. The driver may also occasionally operate a tractor-trailer if required, meeting all DOT driver qualification requirements.
