Requirements

Candidates should possess a degree in pharmaceutical or life sciences, a minimum of 3 years of experience in local and surrounding area hospital marketing, and at least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably with a multinational corporation. Required industry knowledge includes experience in the dermatology field, along with strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, independent problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform under pressure, complemented by knowledge of relevant medical literature.

Responsibilities

The Sotyktu Sales Rep will promote and expand the reach of Bristol Myers Squibb’s products within the assigned territory, execute company product strategies and academic promotion activities, achieve and exceed regional business goals, identify and engage with target HCPs through strategic collaboration, maintain a thorough understanding of key HCPs in the local region, update customer data regularly, coordinate local “in-house meetings,” conduct regular visits to HCPs as per the plan, establish and maintain strong relationships with key HCPs, meet and maintain company standards for visit rates, knowledge levels, skills, behavior, and personal image, report visit activities daily in the ETMS system, provide feedback regarding the effectiveness of BMS promotional materials, develop and enhance professional knowledge through training, conferences, and self-study, share knowledge and experience with team members, manage professional equipment and promotional materials, maintain a professional image, maintain the confidentiality of company business secrets, adhere to all company regulations and ethical principles.
