Requirements

Candidates should have extensive (6+) years of Java backend development experience with solid OOP principles, concurrency (JUC), and JVM tuning skills, and experience building maintainable microservices using Spring Boot and MyBatis with clean architecture. They should be skilled in MySQL (index optimization, transactions, performance tuning) and DynamoDB (partitioning, efficient access), and possess a solid understanding of Kafka messaging, Redis (data structures, persistence, HA), and Zookeeper coordination. Furthermore, candidates should be well-versed in common design patterns, capable of refactoring and adapting code to business needs, and have built plugin-extensible, multi-source data migration frameworks with flexible configuration.

Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer, you will design and maintain a cross-database internal migration platform (MySQL, DynamoDB, HBase, MongoDB, etc.), build a robust, distributed framework with fault recovery, task scheduling, and observability, and work with US-based Ops teams to run production migrations with high reliability. You will also optimize CPU/memory usage, enhance throughput, and ensure system performance, tune MySQL/DynamoDB for efficiency and support Lookup Service for data integrity, and provide business-aligned migration solutions, DSAR support, and participate in reviews.
