Requirements

  • Strategic knowledge of Panel products or equivalent large programs
  • Experience in setup, execution, and expansion of large programs in operations
  • Ability to manage collaborations across different workstreams in Data Operations
  • Experience working closely with Client Operations, Technology, Data Science, Product Leadership
  • Strong capability in running Growth programs with aggressive timelines and ramp up requirements
  • Ability to manage in-house and 3rd party teams
  • Background in coding function in operations (preferred)
  • 3 years of experience handling programs of this scale
  • Ability to translate operational gaps and improvement areas into product/feature enhancements
  • Experience managing a team of 80-100 associates (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead Coding for an Omni/Growth program in operations
  • Manage the organization of 200+ associates
  • Run 3rd party engagement for large scale outsourcing of coding for large programs
  • Own the delivery of Coding outcomes to the overall product delivery
  • Manage BAU operations, incremental events, and enhancements
  • Manage metrics on product health and people performance metrics
  • Proactively manage performance metrics of 3rd party team's outcomes
  • Engage stakeholders in discussions for changes, prioritization of issues, escalations, and resolutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on defining the path to growth with growth programs
  • Redefine processes, identify team evolution and adaptation needs, and execute growth
