Requirements

  • Proficiency in Camtasia, Articulate Rise360, Genially, Canva, Descript, and other relevant tools
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), specifically SkillJar
  • Project management skills and experience with data collection
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams
  • Mentoring experience and ability to develop internal processes
  • Strong relationship-building, resource curation, and research skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take on diverse projects
  • Understanding of customer education principles

Responsibilities

  • Lead the vision and program development of the Iterable Academy in collaboration with the Senior Manager of Customer Education
  • Manage projects and collect data related to the development of educational courses
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to create courses that meet customer needs
  • Mentor new Instructional Designers and develop internal onboarding processes
  • Take on tasks outside of the immediate job function as needed
  • Maintain expertise in Iterable's platform and third-party integrations
  • Update and maintain existing Academy content
  • Create new content based on customer needs, product releases, and program direction
  • Stay up-to-date with product releases and changes
  • Work with PS and CS teams to integrate education content across the customer journey
  • Develop and iterate on non-product training content for growth marketers
  • Play an active role in developing the customer certification program
