Requirements

Candidates are required to have 3+ years of experience in business analytics, analytical or strategy consulting, or a related field, proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas) with 3+ years of professional experience, a strong statistical background with experience in experimental design and ROI analysis, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel and PowerPoint. A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience, is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Decision Scientist will design and execute data-driven experiments, analyze and measure experiment results using causal inference methods, monitor and maintain dashboards, identify business opportunities through data-driven insights, independently explore data and create analytical work plans, communicate analytical solutions and results through compelling narratives and visualizations, and work cross functionally with various stakeholders to drive informed business decisions.
