Position Overview

Achievers is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our collaborative Business Systems team. This role is responsible for maintaining and improving our Salesforce ecosystem, which supports over 400 users across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Community Cloud, and integrated applications. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, designing scalable processes, and implementing solutions to address business and technical challenges. This position is highly collaborative, requiring close interaction with end-users, fellow administrators, developers, and architects.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of Salesforce support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues and business support requests.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of users and licenses, including onboarding/offboarding, role assignments, profile and permission set configurations, and management of public groups.
  • Actively participate in the delivery of end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure adoption and effective use of Salesforce tools.
  • Contribute to ongoing data hygiene practices, Salesforce configurations, and implementations.
  • Evaluate new Salesforce releases and features.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Hands-on experience with complex data loads and data migration.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to build effective relationships with end-users.
  • A driven self-starter who is quick to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Service Cloud and/or Community Cloud is not required but advantageous.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications are a bonus.
