Candidates should possess retail or customer-facing sales experience, which is preferred but not required, and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. They must also be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving technology, and be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends between 9 am and 9 pm.
The Retail Sales Consultant will utilize a consultative sales approach to guide customers through AT&T’s products and services, meet sales targets and earn commissions, process online orders, make outbound calls to customers, participate in community events, provide excellent customer service and build relationships, and stay up-to-date on AT&T’s products and services.
