Employment Type: Full-time Location Type: Fixed location (New York office), with up to two (2) days per week telecommuting from a home office allowed. Salary: $105,000 - $130,000 per year Hours: 40 hours/week, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a Product Designer to collaborate with a team of product managers and senior engineers to build out the product design function and shape the user experience across our core products. You will participate in the design process from discovery to ideation, and through to launch alongside the product team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
  • Determine the size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select the style and size of type.
  • Contribute to the refinement and evolution of our design system, style guides, and UI patterns to maintain consistency and elevate our product.

Job Requirements

Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, Product Design, Visual Communication Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, UX/UI, or a directly related field plus three (3) years of design experience.

Experience must include:

  • Three (3) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
    • Consumer Tech or digital product design experience.
    • End-to-end (UX and UI) product design.
    • Leveraging Figma, and low and high fidelity prototyping.
    • Working with Product Managers and Developers in shipping software.
    • Visual design and UX principles.
