Requirements

3+ years in a UI/UX design role
Experience at a consumer fintech company (preferred)
Proven experience building excellent consumer-facing mobile and web products
Experience developing wireframes and prototypes
Excellent Figma and Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) skills
Strong information design experience with a solid foundation in UX design heuristics
Deep knowledge and applied experience in graphic design (layout, typography, color)
A portfolio that demonstrates love and care for their craft
Passion for building and creating in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Previous experience working in the crypto space (preferred)
Previous experience working at an exchange (CEX or DEX) (preferred)

Responsibilities

Leading design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches
Propagating a strong design practice, influencing product strategy, and impacting product execution and quality
Partnering closely with engineering, product, and business teams to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges
Listening to users to develop the right product strategy and solutions that delight customers
Rapidly producing multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes
