Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team at Traba, a US-based startup scaling into a global business. This role requires comfort with a high volume of calls to workers across different time zones and the ability to handle repetitive tasks daily. Flexibility and adaptability to meet demand without much downtime are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Conduct end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for light industrial roles.
  • Client Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Territory Operations Team to understand and meet each customer’s unique needs.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate with users on the app to efficiently fill open positions.
  • High Volume Calling: Make a high volume of calls to workers across different time zones to ensure shift coverage, maintaining a positive and persistent approach.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Feedback Provision: Deliver timely and constructive feedback to candidates and the Territory Operations Team.
  • Repetitive Tasks: Consistently perform repetitive tasks daily with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to where demand is highest, minimizing downtime.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment that requires quick decision-making and adaptability.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Customer Service, or Logistics.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong work ethic.
    • Ability to manage multiple critical tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
    • Enthusiastic and positive attitude, with a genuine care for workers.
    • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to tackle tasks hands-on.
    • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Language: Strong English speaking skills.
