Candidates should possess a strong legal background, ideally as a Junior Lawyer or Paralegal, with demonstrable experience in NDA negotiation and a solid understanding of legal principles. Experience with price-sensitive information (MNPI) handling and early-stage transaction documents such as engagement letters, hold harmless letters, and consultancy agreements is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Junior Lawyer or Paralegal will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating NDAs, consultancy agreements, engagement letters, and release/hold harmless letters, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations. They will assist in implementing PIMCO’s internal regulatory procedures related to MNPI, collaborating closely with the NDA team, Alts paralegal team, and external counsel to maintain seamless coordination. Furthermore, the role involves facilitating document execution, maintaining comprehensive records and databases, updating and maintaining templates, and providing support for various legal and compliance tasks, including log and tracker maintenance.
