Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
7+ years’ experience in PLM operations, support, or related areas
3+ years’ experience in team leadership or people management
Proven track record in developing and executing operational strategies
Familiarity with one or more major PLM platforms (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA, Dassault 3DX)
Working familiarity with CAD platforms (such as CATIA, NX, Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
Knowledge of engineering design processes, including systems engineering and product lifecycle management
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Effective communicator with experience supporting global teams
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Project management and change management expertise

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of PLM Operations Support specialists
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning
Set clear performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and support professional development
Develop and implement PLM operations strategies aligned with organizational goals
Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization across PLM support functions
Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring operational effectiveness and efficiency
Serve as the primary point of contact for global PLM users, ensuring their needs are met
Coordinate support activities across regions, managing priorities and resource allocation
Facilitate knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices within the global user community
Partner with IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other business units to deliver integrated PLM solutions
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, translating technical requirements into business outcomes
Lead change initiatives related to PLM systems, processes, and tools
Support user training and adoption of new functionalities or upgrades
