Responsibilities
As a Lead Quick Stop Associate, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the department, training and supervising associates, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and maintaining adherence to company standards and goals. This includes ordering and maintaining inventory, validating received orders, managing team tasks related to stocking and production, and ensuring product quality and freshness. You will also be responsible for communicating and executing Flight Plans, managing schedules, supporting department goals, and participating in meetings to contribute to the overall success of the store.
