Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Istio, Helm, and GitOps
  • Experience with custom CRDs, controllers, and operators
  • Strong Linux and networking foundation
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD
  • Familiarity with AWS / Azure / GCP
  • CKA certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Engineer and optimize Kubernetes clusters across AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Guarantee uptime and system integrity for mission-critical chat operations (Mattermost)
  • Automate cloud infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps
  • Implement secure, compliant architectures aligned with DoD DevSecOps standards
  • Collaborate across DevSecOps, Security, and Cloud Architecture teams
  • Conduct R&D on scalability and performance during non-peak windows
