Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Istio, Helm, and GitOps
Experience with custom CRDs, controllers, and operators
Strong Linux and networking foundation
Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD
Familiarity with AWS / Azure / GCP
CKA certification preferred
Eligible for Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

Engineer and optimize Kubernetes clusters across AWS, Azure, and GCP
Guarantee uptime and system integrity for mission-critical chat operations (Mattermost)
Automate cloud infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps
Implement secure, compliant architectures aligned with DoD DevSecOps standards
Collaborate across DevSecOps, Security, and Cloud Architecture teams
Conduct R&D on scalability and performance during non-peak windows
