Requirements

Responsibilities

The IT Technologist will provide IT support to the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Remote Service team, running automations/macros to improve team efficiency, participating in projects to streamline service processes, conducting system testing, assisting with general support activities, and providing back-up support to the team as needed. They will also handle phone system tasks, IT support for clinic onboarding and patient records, and troubleshoot integration issues with third-party customer IT, while observing health and safety policies and promoting Medtronic’s core mission and values.
