Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with CRM systems are required, as well as familiarity with automation tools and remote desktop connectivity programs.
The IT Technologist will provide IT support to the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Remote Service team, running automations/macros to improve team efficiency, participating in projects to streamline service processes, conducting system testing, assisting with general support activities, and providing back-up support to the team as needed. They will also handle phone system tasks, IT support for clinic onboarding and patient records, and troubleshoot integration issues with third-party customer IT, while observing health and safety policies and promoting Medtronic’s core mission and values.
