  • Ensure operational discipline and transparency in sales processes
  • Build a repeatable lead engine
  • Hire and develop top sales reps and set the operating cadence for predictable revenue
  • Maintain a tight operating rhythm with the CEO and communicate progress and risks clearly
  • Use data to craft compelling value stories and build ROI models
  • Run daily pipeline reviews and maintain high weekly deal volume
