Requirements

  • Comfort with A/B testing, campaign analysis, and funnel optimization
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven problem solving and performance tracking
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, Clay, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Technical proficiency with automation tools or light scripting (Zapier, Workato, or API connectors)
  • Understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles and the nuances of multi-stakeholder deals

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain automation flows that streamline agent workflows across Clay, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Salesforce and other tools
  • Automate repetitive steps in prospecting — including list generation, enrichment, outreach sequencing, and follow-up tasks
  • Build logic that improves agent targeting and prioritization (e.g., account scoring, action triggers, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain playbooks and dashboards that give GTM agents clear visibility into performance and next actions
  • Monitor agent activity, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline contribution to identify friction points or drop-offs
  • Analyze conversion data (activity → meeting → opportunity) to surface patterns and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership to test and iterate on outbound messaging, cadence design, and lead prioritization
  • Translate data into actionable insights that drive coaching, territory adjustments, or automation improvement
  • Build and refine cross-system automations using no-code or low-code tools (e.g., Clay logic, Salesforce Flow, Zapier, or Workato)
  • Ensure clean data handoffs between outbound, AE, and marketing systems to eliminate manual work
  • Create lightweight scripts or connectors as needed to fill integration gaps or automate enrichment tasks
