Team Lead - Fulfillment Operations

Position Overview

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: $21 - $21 per hour (Base pay range)

Spreetail is seeking a Team Lead to set and clarify departmental requirements, foster teamwork, and ensure open communication. This role involves mentoring, performance optimization, tracking metrics, and continuous improvement strategies. Expectation of arriving early and staying late to complete tasks and pass downs.

How You Will Achieve Success:

  • Recognize, mentor, and provide training and development to optimize performance and create organizational depth.
  • Track production metrics and utilize data to develop strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Report to management.

Requirements

  • Team member experience in either Inbound or Outbound fulfillment operations.
  • Understand safety procedures and ensure safe working practices.
  • Document accidents/incidents timely.
  • Drive results and proactively address obstacles by prioritizing appropriately to meet deadlines.
  • Assist the fulfillment center manager and area manager with establishing long-term operational strategic plans.

Responsibilities

  • Set and clarify departmental requirements and expectations.
  • Create an environment of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
  • Rotate to other shifts/departments as needed.
  • Work extended hours and holidays as needed.
  • Arrive at least 30 minutes early and remain at least 30 minutes at the end of the shift.
  • Complete pass downs, reports, and timecard reviews.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
