A diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electromechanics or Biomedical Engineering Technology, or solid experience as Field Service Engineer
Good technical skills with a systematic and thorough approach to problem solving
Excellent interpersonal, listening and customer service skills
Good knowledge of English language

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on medical equipment
Broadening knowledge of own sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups
Resolve issues in situations that require technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures
Plan and organize work effectively

Consult with more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters
