Requirements

Associates Degree or equivalent experience
Three years of field engineering experience with demonstrated mechanical aptitude, including level 2 knowledge of Xray systems
Experience working independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills
Self motivated and results oriented
Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

Perform system installations/de-installations at customer sites
Conduct site surveys prior to installation to determine if site conditions meet project requirements
Perform preventive maintenance on all installed systems; respond to service calls and perform necessary repairs
Ensure high quality of service and compliance with regulations
Communicate effectively both verbally and written
Coordinate schedules and manage time effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines
Travel to and from all sites within the assigned territory, with occasional overnight stays
Overtime work based on business needs
Evening and weekend On-call based on a call in bonus
Provide input on current product performance trends as well as potential new products or upgrades
