Requirements

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience
  • Three years of field engineering experience with demonstrated mechanical aptitude, including level 2 knowledge of Xray systems
  • Experience working independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated and results oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Perform system installations/de-installations at customer sites
  • Conduct site surveys prior to installation to determine if site conditions meet project requirements
  • Perform preventive maintenance on all installed systems; respond to service calls and perform necessary repairs
  • Ensure high quality of service and compliance with regulations
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and written
  • Coordinate schedules and manage time effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines
  • Travel to and from all sites within the assigned territory, with occasional overnight stays
  • Overtime work based on business needs
  • Evening and weekend On-call based on a call in bonus
  • Provide input on current product performance trends as well as potential new products or upgrades
