Long View is seeking a professional and engaging Dynamics 365 Finance Solution Architect for their Data & Dynamics practice. The role involves supporting the company’s Business Applications D365 FO portfolio, working with customers and stakeholders to define solutions and deliver engagements. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Finance & Operations processes, strong business and technical consulting skills, and the ability to create and implement proven solutions.

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 Unified Operations and/or Dynamics AX.
• Domain Experience: 8+ years of industry domain experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Insurance, Government, or similar.
• Agile Frameworks: 3+ years of experience with Agile Frameworks.
• Dynamics 365 Expertise: Proven expertise with multiple products in the D365 Unified Operations portfolio including:

  • Project Management

  • Transportation
  • Manufacturing
  • Cost Accounting
  • Procurement
  • Sales Orders
  • Retail
• Presales & Demos: 3+ years of proven skills and background with Dynamics 365 portfolio presales and demos.

Responsibilities

• Support Longview’s Business Applications D365 FO portfolio by working with customers and internal stakeholders (business clients, business analysts, developers, other architects).
• Define customer solutions and deliver engagements that are innovative and exceed business requirements.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance, demonstrations, and product education as required.
• Analyze complex requirements and develop IT strategies and multi-technology solutions aligned with industry-accepted best practices.
• Stay abreast of changes and opportunities as they pertain to Dynamics 365 FO.
• Ensure technology designs and implementations solve clients’ requirements and challenges.
• Create relevant documentation including conceptual design, logical and physical designs, bill of materials, as-built diagrams, knowledge transfer materials, FAQs, and transition to operations information.
